In Kryvyi Rih, another underground surge has been erupting for a month now (VIDEO).

In Kryvyi Rih, on Fedor Karamanyts Street (formerly known as Vatutin), a water jet is erupting from a manhole in the road, as reported by "Vydomo" citing "Trukha Kryvyi Rih".

The water has flooded nearly everything around the epicenter, yet no one seems to care.

Local residents report that utility workers are unresponsive to the issue and do not show up when called.
