On Thursday, January 16, residents of Kryvyi Rih will hear an explosion. It will be a planned and controlled event. This information comes from "Vidomo," citing the head of the city's Defense Council, Oleksandr Vilkul.

At 12:00, a scheduled explosion will take place at the "№3" quarry of PJSC "ArcelorMittal Kryvyi Rih" (Inhulets and Central-City districts) for production purposes.

At 13:00, another planned explosion will occur at the "Pervomaisky" quarry of CJSC "SIONHOK" (Ternivka district) for production purposes.

The official emphasized that the production explosion is under control, so there is no reason for concern.
