Massive traffic jam in central Dnipro: a major accident occurred at the intersection of Yavornytskyi Avenue and Fabra Street (VIDEO)

In Dnipro, a traffic accident occurred at the busy intersection of Dmitry Yavornitsky and Alexander Fabra streets, causing extensive traffic jams and significant movement difficulties. This was reported by "Vidomo," referencing Dnipro Operative.

According to preliminary data, two vehicles were involved in a collision, one of which was spun around due to the impact. One of the vehicles reportedly sustained severe damage to the front, while the other suffered damage to the side.

Patrol police officers are on the scene, managing traffic and investigating the circumstances of the accident. They are collecting witness statements and reviewing footage from surveillance cameras located near the intersection. A report on the traffic incident is expected to be prepared, which will determine the degree of fault for each participant.

The traffic jam resulting from the accident extends several blocks toward the city center. Congestion is observed not only at the intersection itself but also on the surrounding streets. Vehicle movement is hindered in all directions, with wait times in the traffic jam ranging from 15 to 30 minutes, and significantly longer during peak hours. Therefore, drivers are strongly advised to avoid this section of the road and choose alternative routes.
