A strongman from Dnipro, along with three colleagues, set a new record for Ukraine.

The strongman from Dnipro, along with three of his colleagues who make up the Ukrainian strongman team, made a successful attempt to break the national record in tug-of-war with a super-powerful truck on November 7, as reported by "Vydomo" referencing the Facebook page of Dmitry Grunsky.

The strongmen's attempt was successful, and the application for this record has now been submitted to the Guinness World Records jury for verification.

"A historic event for Ukraine, Ukrainian sports, and the Federation of the Strongest Athletes of Ukraine and tug-of-war! Today, on 07.11.2024, the national team of Ukraine in strongman competitions, consisting of: Dmitry Grunsky, Alexander Dubovoy, Dmitry Igolkin, and Vladimir Savostyanov, successfully attempted to surpass the Guinness World Records record @guinnessworldrecords in the Truck pull exercise!" – writes Dmitry.

It is worth noting that Dmitry Grunsky holds several records. Previously, the extreme strongman from Dnipro, who pulls cars with his teeth, set an absolute record in the Guinness Book.
