What should those deemed "conditionally fit" do if they haven't completed the military medical commission by February 5th?

You can obtain a referral for a medical examination online.
Что делать тем, кто имеет статус "ограниченно пригоден" и не успел пройти ВВК до 5 февраля?

Men who were previously deemed temporarily unfit must undergo a repeat military medical examination (MME) by February 5, 2025. However, not everyone was able to obtain a new fitness status by this deadline.

Human rights advocate and head of the Ukrainian Center for Human Rights Protection, Lyudmyla Denisova, explained how those subject to military service with limited fitness can act if they have not completed the MME in time. She shared this information during a broadcast on the "Espresso" TV channel.

According to her, while the deadline for the MME has not been officially extended, Ukrainians can take advantage of the changes made by the Cabinet of Ministers regarding the procedure for medical commissions. Now, if the Territorial Center for Recruitment and Social Support (TCRSS) has issued a summons for the MME, the conscript can independently submit a request for the commission.

To do this, it is necessary to use the "Reserve+" app, log into the Unified Register of Conscripts, Servicemen, and Reservists, create an electronic account, update personal information, and submit a request for the MME.

Denisova noted that submitting such a request allows the conscript to attend the commission at a designated electronic time, rather than on the day set by the TCRSS in the summons.

"And interestingly, if the TCRSS handed you this summons for the MME and, for example, scheduled it for February 15, and you manage to submit your own request before that date, then firstly, it will show that you accepted and did not refuse. And it will not be a violation if you do not show up at the time assigned by the TCRSS. Instead, you can attend when the electronic queue in the 'Reserve+' app generates an invitation for you", explains the human rights advocate.

We remind you that the Office of the President proposed to extend the deadline for undergoing the MME for "temporarily unfit" individuals from February 5 to June 5. The corresponding bill has already been registered in the Verkhovna Rada.

It was also decided that repeating the MME will not be mandatory for individuals under 25 years old and those officially recognized as persons with disabilities.

Until the law is passed, fines will not be imposed, as assured by the Office of the President. Territorial recruitment centers will not impose sanctions on those who do not manage to undergo the MME by February 5, nor will they declare such individuals wanted. A corresponding directive will be sent to all units.

Previously, "Telegraph" reported on how to obtain an electronic referral for the MME in "Reserve+". This feature allows for obtaining a referral without a personal visit to the TCRSS.
