At the table of negotiations for ending the war should be the United States of America, Europe, Ukraine, and Russia.

This was stated by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in a major interview with British journalist Piers Morgan. He assured that Ukraine is ready to conclude the active phase of the war and is striving for peace like no one else. According to him, even talking with the Kremlin leader Putin already represents a concession and a compromise:

"We believe that Trump wants success, and success is the victory of common sense. This means the end of the active phase of the war and, undoubtedly, reliable security guarantees for Ukraine."

The president also believes that lifting sanctions on the Russian Federation will only increase the risk of its troops invading Ukraine again.

Negotiations with Russia

As is known, the new President of the United States wants to find a way to end the war within 100 days. Recently, he announced that his team has already planned meetings with the Ukrainian and Russian sides.

In Moscow, they constantly claim to be open to negotiations, yet they criticize all of Kyiv's peace initiatives. Recently, Putin stated that he will not sign a peace treaty with Zelensky because he does not consider him a legitimate president.
