In the center of Dnipro, two men have settled right at a public transport stop, causing certain issues for the city's residents, reports "Vydomo" citing Suspilne.
The stop is located opposite the College of Culture. Tatiana Polyak, head of the theater department, stated that the homeless do not bother people, but they do create some discomfort for those around. According to eyewitnesses, the men consume alcohol and litter.
In the city, there is a social patrol for such cases, which offers shelter to the homeless, currently providing 60 spots. However, so far the patrol has not been able to "catch" the men, as they were not present at the site when the social workers arrived.
