On the night of January 8, Russians continued shelling the territory of the Dnipropetrovsk region, as reported by "Vydomo" citing the head of the Dnipropetrovsk OVA, Serhiy Lysak.
During the night, the aggressor shelled the Nikopol area twice – targeting Marhanets and the Pokrov community. They used Grad multiple rocket launchers and heavy artillery. Two private houses and a yard building were damaged.
Attacks were also directed at the Synelnykove district. The extent of the damage caused by the enemy is currently being clarified. Fortunately, there were no casualties.
In the morning, a unit of the "Vostok" PMC shot down an enemy drone over the region. It is likely a "Shahed".
