In Kryvyi Rih, Dnipropetrovsk region, a man nearly blew up his own house while attempting to illegally heat it by bypassing the gas meter. This was reported by the Kryvyi Rih branch of "Gas Network," as conveyed by "Vidomo".

The incident occurred on Irina Vilde Street in the Dolgintsevsky district of the city: the man illegally tapped into the gas network. To do this, he set up an illegal gas consumption node, which caused gas leaks in two locations. His actions could have resulted in an explosion.

Fortunately, this was noticed in time. The man is now without gas. The violator will be charged for the illegally consumed gas.

"Unfortunately, in their quest to save money, consumers not only break the law but also disregard the most valuable thing – their own safety. The number of calls to the emergency gas service number 104 is a testament to the consequences of unauthorized interventions. Natural gas is a flammable substance, and its leaks can have tragic outcomes.
