In Dnipro, a food item that helped residents of Dnipropetrovsk survive hunger during the Holodomor was showcased (PHOTOS, VIDEOS).

At the historical museum, visitors were invited to sample "dishes" that once saved lives.
В Днепре представили продукты, которые помогали жителям Днепропетровщины выживать во время Голодомора (ФОТО, ВИДЕО).

An event titled "Eedlo 1932-1933" took place at the Dnipro National Historical Museum, organized by the students of the PLAST club. This was reported by "Vidomo".

This event has been held before in Dnipro and aims to spread awareness about the Holodomors, honor the memory of innocent victims, and remind people of the crimes committed by the Soviet regime against humanity.

During the event, participants showcased dishes they prepared to illustrate to the residents of Dnipro what Ukrainians had to eat during those difficult times to survive the Holodomor. The dishes included cake leftovers, pleskavitsi, potato peels, flax cakes, and weed soup.

Participants also sang the prayer "Our Father" and honored the memory of Holodomor victims with a moment of silence.

During the event, the students lit candles that they had previously decorated by hand.

They took these candles home to light them on their windowsills in the evening, to pay tribute to the memory of the deceased Ukrainians.
