In the Industrial District of Dnipro, unidentified individuals are dumping waste into the Kotlovan Lake, reports "Vidomo" citing "Dnipro Operative. War".
During the summer, children swim in the lake, and in winter, adults dive into it during the Epiphany.
It has been noted that this is not the first such incident. Residents have even reached out to local authorities. However, no response has yet been received.
