The President emphasized that the powerful strike by the Russians on Ukrainian territory is dreadful and serves as a reminder of the urgency and importance of supporting Ukrainians in their defense against Russian aggression.

"Ukrainian authorities report that Russia launched around 200 missiles and drones against Ukrainian cities and energy infrastructure, depriving the Ukrainian civilian population of access to electricity," the President pointed out.
