On Eduard Fuks Street in Kryvyi Rih, yet another modular shelter has turned into a home for the homeless, reports "Vidomo" citing "Svoї".
No one cleans the shelter, and belongings are scattered everywhere.
According to the publication, the Pokrovsk District Council has signed a contract with entrepreneur Mykola Bukhvalov for 250,000 hryvnias to clean the district's shelters by December 31, 2024.
As per the agreement, dry cleaning is supposed to take place on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, with wet cleaning and disinfection occurring once a week. However, judging by the photos, cleaning seems to only be happening on paper.
