In the night leading to Wednesday, November 27, Russia launched a drone attack on Kyiv. Air defense systems were active, and as a result of debris from the enemy drones, a building was damaged, with casualties reported.
"As a result of the nighttime drone attack by the armed forces of Russia on Kyiv, debris was recorded falling in the Dnipro district of the capital. According to preliminary information, there is damage to a non-residential infrastructure object, and one injured individual has been hospitalized in a medical facility in the capital," — reported KMVA chief Sergey Popko.
He soon added that another injured person was found. This individual does not require hospitalization.
Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko added that a house on the water in the Dnipro district was damaged due to the falling debris from the drone. The injured person from there was hospitalized.
As a reminder, as reported by "Telegraph," on the night of November 26, the Kyiv region also came under attack from hostile UAVs. The alarm lasted for over 7 hours, with air defense forces engaged. There were no direct hits, but debris fell in four districts of the capital. Minor damage was sustained by four private houses, two residential high-rises, a utility room, two garages, and a vehicle.
