On Vasily Tyutyunik Street in Dnipro, on January 30, law enforcement officers noticed a Spark motorcycle riding during curfew hours, as reported by "Vydamo," referencing the Patrol Police of Dnipropetrovsk Region.
Despite the patrol's demands, the rider did not stop and attempted to flee. However, the officers managed to catch up with the runaway.
It turned out that the 17-year-old was riding the motorcycle without a driver's license or any documents for the vehicle.
The inspectors immediately called the young man's mother to the scene. During their conversation, it became apparent that the young man was also under the influence of alcohol. A test conducted with a "Drager" revealed a blood alcohol content of 1.45 per mille.
The teenager was issued protocols under parts 1 and 2 of Article 126, Article 122-2, and part 1 of Article 130 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses, and he was removed from operating the motorcycle.
