FC "Kryvbas" has signed its first winter newcomer, enhancing the team with 23-year-old Venezuelan midfielder Gleiker Mendoza, reports "Vidomo" citing the club's press service.

The loan agreement is signed for 1 year with an option for a future purchase. Mendoza's debut for the Venezuelan national team is set for January 18, 2025, in a friendly match against the USA.

After signing the contract, Mendoza expressed his excitement about the opportunity presented by the Ukrainian club.

"After I learned about Kryvbas's interest a few weeks ago, I was eager to join this team. I am confident that I made the right decision. Therefore, I thank God for this opportunity in my career.
