Electronic referrals to the Military Medical Commission (VVK) are now available in the "Reserve+" app for all users.

This was announced by Deputy Defense Minister Ekaterina Chernogorenko. According to her, to receive a referral, it is sufficient to update the app and submit a request. Subsequently, the head of the TCK will confirm it, and the conscript will receive a notification containing all necessary information.

Specifically, the notification will include the referral number, the address of the medical institution, and the signature of the TCK head. "Primarily, referrals will be generated for citizens who wish to undergo the VVK themselves," she noted, adding that this option will eventually be available for those who received a paper summons for the VVK.

"After receiving the electronic referral, it is valid for 30 days, and paper referrals will still remain available," Chernogorenko clarified.

The Ministry of Defense emphasized that after passing the commission, there is no need to visit the TCK, as the data will be automatically entered into the "Oberih" registry.

They also highlighted that summonses for the VVK remain available only in paper format.

Passing the VVK

In Ukraine, the procedure for directing conscripts to undergo the military medical commission has changed. The new amendments to the rules were recently introduced by the Cabinet of Ministers. On January 28, the Cabinet approved Resolution No. 91, which amends the basic resolution No. 560 from May of last year that regulates the procedure for mobilizing citizens for military service.

Now, citizens who arrive at the TCK to clarify their registration details can immediately receive a referral to undergo the VVK if the individual has not undergone it for a long time. Previously, in such cases, the referral for a medical examination was handed out only after the individual came to the TCK upon receiving a separate summons.
