There has been a malfunction in the "Privat 24" application. Users are reporting that they are unable to log into mobile banking from their phones.
Additionally, the service is also inaccessible through the desktop version. Reports online indicate that attempts to access the personal account result in a perpetual loading screen.
However, some users have encountered an error message stating "authorization denied" for the desktop version and "authorization execution error" for the mobile version.
The cause of this issue is currently unknown. Furthermore, users are also complaining that they cannot reach the bank's hotline.
About 10 minutes after the error appeared, the "Privat 24" website published a message indicating that scheduled maintenance is underway to update the security system. They advised users to refresh the page later.
