The magnetic storm has weakened but is not over yet. What can we expect in the coming days?

The average magnetic storm, which has been ongoing since Tuesday, will continue to rage on Wednesday, January 15. Astrometeorologists predict that its intensity will not exceed 4 points.

As reported by scientists from Meteoagent, who base their forecasts on satellite systems NOAA, TESIS, and international meteorological laboratories worldwide, currently, January 15, the Earth is experiencing a moderate magnetic storm with an intensity reaching 4 points. The following day, January 16, it will decrease to a "green" level, meaning solar activity will be minimal.

Furthermore, from January 17 to 19, scientists do not anticipate any geomagnetic storms exceeding 4 points.

It is important to note that a magnetic storm is a disturbance of the Earth's geomagnetic field, which can last for an hour or an entire day. During such storms, weather-sensitive individuals may experience a decline in well-being, and if the magnetic storm is severe, electronic devices may malfunction.
