A magnetic storm continues to affect Earth, while the Sun crackles with activity. Here's the storm forecast for the upcoming days.

Scientists are predicting "orange" geomagnetic storms at the beginning of the week.
Землю продолжает «терзать» магнитная буря, а на Солнце наблюдаются всплески активности. Прогноз штормов на ближайшие дни.

Our planet is currently experiencing a moderate geomagnetic storm. However, astrophysicists are warning about an active sunspot that is rapidly growing and emitting strong flares. This could potentially lead to a new storm on Earth.

The rapidly expanding sunspot 3981 has turned "face" towards Earth and is producing powerful solar flares. An M8.8 class explosion on Monday, February 3, could have reached at least category X, the most intense level among the strongest, as reported by astrophysicists from the space weather research site Spaceweather.

"We are awaiting fresh data from the SOHO coronagraphs to determine if any CMEs are heading our way as a result of these flares," they explained.

At the same time, according to data from Meteoagent, which bases its forecast on NOAA satellite systems, TESIS, and international meteorological laboratories, currently, February 3, our planet is under the influence of a moderate geomagnetic storm rated at 4. This is expected to continue on Tuesday and Wednesday, February 4-5. However, low solar activity is anticipated on February 6.

Let us remind you that earlier "Telegraph" reported on when strong frosts will arrive in Ukraine. In some areas, thermometer readings may drop to -21 degrees.
