In the city of Taganrog, Rostov Oblast, Russia, explosions were heard on the night of December 11th. Local authorities reported a missile attack, and enemy air defense systems were operational. An aircraft factory, which primarily produces military goods, may have been targeted.
"Last night (December 11th — ed.) Taganrog was under missile attack. An industrial facility was damaged, and 14 cars were burned in the parking lot. According to preliminary reports, no injuries were reported. The extent of the damages is being clarified," — reported on Telegram the acting governor of Rostov Oblast, Yuri Slyusar.
Taganrog's mayor, Svetlana Kamboulova, had previously warned about a drone attack. She urged residents to find a windowless place and sit on the floor.

Local residents claim that the Public Joint Stock Company "Taganrog Aviation Scientific and Technical Complex named after G. M. Beriev" (TANTK named after G. M. Beriev) was attacked. According to open data, TANTK named after G. M. Beriev is an aviation manufacturing enterprise. Its main testing base is the Taganrog-South airfield.
