The latest Ukrainian drone missile "Peklo" has successfully been deployed in combat for the first time. President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this during the presentation of the National Award named after Boris Paton.

The head of state provided an update on Ukraine's missile development. "The missile 'Palyanitsa' has entered mass production. The drone missile 'Peklo' has successfully completed its first combat applications. Recently, we delivered the first batch to our Defense Forces," Zelensky detailed.

He also mentioned that successful tests of the new missile "Ruta" are currently underway. "The long-range 'Neptun' will soon become a terrifying reality for the occupiers," Zelensky stated.

Ukrainian Missiles: What We Know

Recently, the "Ukroboronprom" concern introduced the new drone missile "Peklo." It can fly up to 700 km at speeds of up to 700 km/h.

According to military expert Andriy Komarov, "Peklo" is a fully-fledged cruise missile. The only similarity it shares with a drone is that it requires a launch chassis for its deployment.
