The Department of Infrastructure Development of Kryvyi Rih has announced an open tender for the maintenance of cemeteries. The newly established company "Chisto Group Service," which has ties to other firms that frequently win municipal tenders, may emerge as the auction winner. The anticipated cost of the service, according to the tender on the state procurement site Prozorro, is 41 million hryvnias.
For this amount, the contractor is expected to carry out the following tasks:

According to the analytical platform YouControl, the firm "Chisto Group Service" was registered on November 4, 2024, in the village of Stepne, part of the Sofiivska community in Kryvyi Rih district. The owner of the firm is Oleksandr Levchenko, who owns several enterprises that win state tenders worth millions of hryvnias: "Park Avenue KR" and "Paritet Stroy KR." Additionally, Levchenko's firm "Trans-Bud-Service" won a tender worth nearly 25 million hryvnias for servicing public restrooms in 2024 and came under the scrutiny of the "Transparency and Accountability" working group, whose members deemed this procurement excessively costly, as there were significantly cheaper proposals. The procurement was reviewed, and its cost was reduced by 70 kopecks.
In 2023 and 2024, firms owned by Oleksandr Levchenko – "Time Crystal," "Park Avenue KR," "Paritet Stroy KR," "Trans Stroy Service KR," and "Royal Trans Group" – won tenders from Kryvyi Rih customers totaling over 105.6 million hryvnias.
The firm "Time Crystal" received 2 state orders for maintaining the city's cemeteries in 2024, amounting to a total of 40 million 354 thousand 364 hryvnias.
In 2023, Lider-Bud KR received 34 million 987 thousand 231.90 hryvnias for this service.
In 2022, the firm "CleaningProfService" maintained the cemeteries of Kryvyi Rih. It won 2 tenders totaling 21 million 984 thousand 854.44 hryvnias.
