On the night of Tuesday, October 29, Russian invaders struck residential buildings located in the Osnovyansky district of Kharkiv.
As a result of the enemy strike, four people lost their lives - two women and two men, reported the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Synegubov, on Telegram.
"At 03:00, the occupiers hit the Osnovyansky district in Kharkiv. As a result of the shelling, a fire broke out in a private house," the official stated.
He added that one private house was destroyed, while two others were damaged. A search and rescue operation began, and debris was being cleared. As of 3:47, according to Synegubov, there were three victims, and then the number of fatalities increased:
"As a result of the strike, there are already three dead. The search and rescue operation is ongoing. Unfortunately, as a result of the enemy attack on residential buildings, four people have died - two women and two men."
