"On the night and morning of November 10, fog is expected in the western, northern, and central regions," the statement reads.
According to meteorologists, visibility may drop to 200-500 meters.
Due to the fog in the specified areas, a Level I danger, marked yellow, has been announced.

In Kyiv region on November 10, a heightened level of danger has also been declared due to fog. On Sunday, the capital will experience cloudy weather with clearings and no precipitation. The wind is anticipated to be from the northeast at 5-10 m/s. Night temperatures in the region will be -3°...+2°, while daytime temperatures will reach +3°...+8°. In Kyiv, temperatures at night will be 0°...+2°, with daytime warming up to +6°...+8°.
