Icy conditions and precipitation: What will the weather be like in Ukraine's regions on December 11?

On December 11, the weather in Ukraine will vary by region due to a cyclone. In the western and northern regions, frost and icy conditions are expected, while the southern and eastern regions will experience precipitation.

The Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center notes that moderate rain is possible in the southern and southeastern parts of Ukraine. During the day, it will turn into light rain.

Additionally, moderate wet snow mixed with rain is forecasted for the central regions, as well as Kyiv and Kharkiv oblasts. The most severe conditions are anticipated in the western and northern regions, including Vinnytsia oblast, where icy conditions and wet snow accumulation are expected.

At night, temperatures in Ukraine will range from 1 to 6 degrees Celsius, while during the day, temperatures will be between 4 to 9 degrees in the southern, central, and eastern regions. In the west and north of the country, temperatures are expected to be between -2 and 3 degrees.

We remind you that in the next 10 days, Ukraine is expected to experience unstable and variable weather with fluctuations in air temperature, atmospheric pressure, and precipitation. Cyclones and anticyclones will be moving into our territory from the west and northwest of Europe. Thus, humid and warm weather will shift to cool and dry.
