What to do if "Reserve+" isn't pulling up the deferment?

To utilize the deferment, you need to log in to the application.
Что делать, если "Резерв+" не отображает отсрочку?

The "Reserve+" application should display not only the deferment from mobilization obtained online but also those received at the TCC and SP.

As explained by the Deputy Minister of Defense of Ukraine for Digitalization, Yekaterina Chernogorenko, during a telethon, the reason for this is the lack of relevant data in the Unified Register of Conscripts "Oberih". According to her, "Reserve+ synchronizes with the "Oberih" register and only shows data entered by operators of the territorial recruitment centers.

Chernogorenko noted that if your deferment status is missing in the application but you have a paper document, you should contact the TCC support service to have the information entered into the register.

The Deputy Minister of Defense reminded that certain types of deferments can be processed online through "Reserve+", without the need for a personal visit to the TCC. For instance, for parents with three or more minor children in one marriage, the procedure undergoes an automatic verification in the civil status register.

"As soon as you request this deferment, we check it against other registers. For example, in the civil status register, if it involves large families, and we compile the result immediately in 'Oberih', and within two to three seconds, you see it in 'Reserve+'.", she explains.

Chernogorenko also pointed out that to use the deferment, you need to log in to the "Reserve+" mobile application, upload your military registration document, and request the appropriate menu item. According to her, after "a few clicks and a little wait, the deferment status will automatically reflect in the military registration document."

We remind you that in addition to large families, individuals with disabilities and students can also apply for a deferment through "Reserve+". Each category has specific requirements and restrictions.

For individuals with permanent disabilities, "Reserve+" provides a one-year deferment. If the disability is granted for less than a year, it will only apply until the expiration date of the MSEK certificate.

Online deferment is available only to those students for whom there is current information in the Unified State Electronic Database on Education.

Previously, "Telegraph" reported what would happen if the "Reserve+" did not open during the verification by the TCC. In some cases, a man must visit the TCC.
